    Peringati 65 Tahun UU Pokok Agraria, Kakantah Alor: Hadirkan Keadilan dan Kepastian Hukum Pertanahan

    alorpos.com—PADA Rabu, 24 September 2025 pagi, halaman Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor dikawasan Padang Tekukur, Kalabahi nampak lebih semarak jika dibandingkan dengan hari-hari biasanya.

    Rupanya, saat itu insan agrarian di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur tengah melaksanakan Upacara Peringatan 65 Tahun Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria. Upacara itu tersebut diikuti semua Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), PPNPN, ASK di lingkup instansi verstikal dibawah Kementrian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) ini. Tak hanya itu, para Siswa/i dari SMK Negeri I Kalabahi dan SMK Bakalang yang sedang melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di lingkung Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor juga mengikuti upacara dimaksud.

    Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan (Kakantah) Kabupaten Alor,  Yohanis Fredrik Malelak, S. SiT.  Dalam amanatnya, Fredrik Malelak menyampaikan bahwa Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria adalah tonggak sejarah bagi bangsa Indonesia dalam menata struktur agraria.

    “Melalui peringatan ini, kita tidak hanya mengenang perjalanan panjang regulasi agraria, tetapi juga memperkuat komitmen bersama untuk menghadirkan keadilan dan kepastian hukum pertanahan di Kabupaten Alor. Hal ini sejalan dengan tema Hari Agraria dan Tata Ruang (HANTARU) Tahun 2025, ‘Tanah Terjaga, Ruang Tertata, Wujudkan Asta Cita,”tegas Fredrik Malelak. (ap/tim)
