    Dikutip dari detikNews, Kamis (20/2/2025), Presiden  Prabowo Subianto resmi melantik 961 orang kepala daerah beserta para wakilnya. Pelantikan serentak ini pertama kali dilakukan dalam sejarah.

    Pelantikan digelar di halaman tengah antara Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta Pusat. Acara ini diawali kirab dari Monas menuju Istana. Setelah itu, acara dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya. Pelantikan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Keputusan Presiden terkait pelantikan para gubernur-wakil gubernur, serta pembacaan Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri terkait pengesahan bupati-wakil bupati dan wali kota-wakil wali kota.

    Prabowo kemudian memimpin pengambilan sumpah jabatan para kepala daerah sesuai agaman masing-masing. Berikut bunyi sumpah jabatan yang diucapkan para kepala daerah:

    “Saya bersumpah/berjanji akan memenuhi kewajiban saya sebagai gubernur, sebagai wakil gubernur, sebagai bupati, sebagai wakil bupati, sebagai wali kota, sebagai wakil wali kota dengan sebaik-baiknya dan seadil-adilnya, memegang teguh Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan menjalankan segala undang-undang dan peraturannya dengan selurus-lurusnya serta berbakti kepada masyarakat, nusa, dan bangsa,” demikian bunyi sumpah tersebut.

    Ada enam perwakilan kepala daerah yang maju untuk menandatangani berita acara pelantikan sebagai simbolis. Berikut enam kepala daerah tersebut:

    1.Mewakili sumpah Agama Islam: Gubernur Lampung, Rahmat Mirzani Djausal. 2. Mewakili sumpah Agama Katolik: Gubernur Maluku Utara, Sherly Tjoanda.  3. Mewakili sumpah Agama Buddha: Wali Kota Singkawang, Tjhau Chui Mie.

    4. Mewakili sumpah Agama Hindu: Bupati Karangasem, I Gusti Putu Parwata. 5. Mewakili sumpah Agama Konghucu: Wali Kota Manado, Andrei Angouw. 6. Mewakili sumpah Agama Kristen Protestan: Bupati Merauke, Yoseph P Gebze.

    Seusai pembacaan sumpah jabatan, keenam perwakilan kepala daerah itu kemudian menandatangani berita acara. Jumlah 961 itu terdiri atas gubernur, wali kota, bupati beserta para wakilnya.

    Sebanyak 961 kepala daerah, terdiri dari 33 gubernur dan 33 wakil gubernur, 363 bupati, 362 wakil bupati, 85 wali kota, dan 85 wakil wali kota yang dilantik dalam satu rangkaian prosesi.

    Presiden Prabowo mengatakan bahwa pelantikan kepala daerah ini sangatlah bersejarah karena untuk pertama kalinya digelar secara serentak.

    “Saudara-saudara sekalian, ini juga menunjukkan kepada kita betapa besar bangsa kita dan juga bahwa bangsa kita yang demikian besar, yang keempat terbesar dari jumlah penduduk di seluruh dunia bahwa kita memiliki demokrasi yang hidup, demokrasi yang berjalan, demokrasi yang dinamis,” katanya

    Pelantikan dimulai sekitar pukul 09.58 WIB setelah sebelumnya para kepala daerah melakukan kirab dari Kawasan Monas.

    Pantauan Tribunnews para kepala daerah memasuki tenda pelantikan secara bertahap. Mereka berbaris menuju tempat yang telah ditentukan.

    Pelantikan para kepala daerah dilakukan berdasarkan keputusan presiden (Keppres) Nomor 24 dan 25 P tentang Pengesahan Pengangkatan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur masa jabatan 2025-2030.

    Selain itu juga berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 100.2.1.3-221 tahun 2025 dan 100.2.1.3-1719 tahun 2025 tentang Pengesahan Pengangkatan Kepala Daerah Pada Kabupatan/Kota Hasil Pilkada Serentak 2024 Masa Jabatan 2025-2030.

    Sehari setelah pelantikan, para kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah langsung mengikuti kegiatan pembekalan melalui retret selama satu minggu pada 21-28 Februari di Akademi Militer (Akmil) Magelang, Jawa Tengah.

    Menurut Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri Bima Arya Sugiarto, sebagaimana diwartakan detikjateng, bahwa biaya retret para kepala daerah berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) melalui DIPA (Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran) Kementrian Dalam Negeri RI.

    Tujuan retret, kata Wamendagri, berkaitan dengan adanya perspektif dari pemerintaha daerah terkait kebijakan dari pusat, terutama tentang alokasi anggaran.Retret para kepala daerah juga dimaksudkan agar setiap kepala daerah memahami program-program pemerintah pusat.

    Karena Pj.Bupati Alor dan Sekda Alor, Drs.Soni O.Alelang serta sejumlah pejabat, termasuk pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Alor mengikuti pelantikan di Jakarta, maka Asisten III Setda Alor, Marten Maubeka,S.H., dipercayakan sebagai Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Bupati Alor, sejak Selasa (18/2/2025).

    Maubeka menjadi Plh.Bupati Alor hingga kembalinya Sekda Alor ke Kalabahi, yang diperkirakan pada Jumad (21/2/2025). Sekda Soni O.Alelang akan melanjutkan tugas sebagai Plh.Bupati Alor hingga Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Alor, Iskandar Lakamau,S.H.,M.Si dan Rocky Winaryo,S.H.,M.H kembali ke Kalabahi, yang diperkirakan pada awal Maret 2025 mendatang.
