Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Peraturan MK Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Beracara Dalam Perkara Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Gubernur, Bupati, dan Wali Kota, Mahkamah Konstitusi melaksanakan Sidang Pemeriksaan Pendahuluan dalam jangka waktu paling cepat empat hari kerja sejak permohonan dicatat dalam e-BRPK (Buku Register Perkara Konstitusi elektronik).

    Dan berdasarkan jadwal sidang PHPU pendahuluan untuk Kabupaten Alor, menurut Ketua KPU Kabupaten Alor, Munawir Laamin (TIMORDAILYNEWS.COM), telah dirilis MK, yakni dijadwalkan akan berlangsung pada 14 Januari 2025 mendatang.    

    Di tengah proses tersebut, muncul peristiwa kedua, yakni beredarnya foto-foto di berbagai platform media sosial yang memperlihatkan adanya pertemuan (meeting) antara Calon Bupati Alor Nomor Urut 5, Imanuel E.Blegur dengan Wakil Bupati Alor terpilih Rocky Winaryo berdasarkan Keputusan KPU Kabupaten Alor Nomor 1333 Tahun 2024, tentang Penetapan Hasil Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Alor TAhun 2024 tertanggal 7 Desember 2024. Foto-foto pertemuan yang dibagikan di media social itu disertai dengan narasi bahwa Ima-Rey mencabut gugatannya ke MK.

    Melalui panggilan WhatsApp, Selasa (7/1/2024) sekitar pukul 22.50 Wita, Sulaiman Singhs mengakui bahwa dia hadir dalam pertemuan antara Imanuel E.Blegur yang mewakli pasangan Ima-Rey dengan Rocky Winaryo yang mewakili pasangan Iskandar Lakamau-Rocky Winaryo (Is The Rock).

    Menurut Singhs, pertemuan itu berlangsung di kawasan Senayan City Jakarta, Selasa (7/1/2024) sekitar Pukul 16.00 WIB atau jam empat sore waktu setempat. Pertemuan itu, jelas anggota DPRD Alor empat periode ini, diawali dengan komunikasi antara pihak Ima-Rey melalui Johni Tulimau, salah satu tim inti Ima-Rey.

    “Saya lihat, yang intens berkomunkasi dengan pa Ima-Rey kemudian ke pa Is (Iskandar Lakamau) dan pa Rocky (Rocky Winaryo) adalah Johni Tulimau. Kemudian saya kan mendampingi pak Rocky untuk memberikan masukan supaya persoalan ini bisa terselesaikan dengan baik karena bagaimanapun juga ini sebuah proses untuk melahirkan kepemimpinanan daerah Kabupaten Alor,”jelas Singhs.

    Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Singhs mengaku melihat Imanuel E.Blegur cukup memperlihatkan kebesaran hatinya, senioritas dan kematangannya sebagai tokoh politik yang telah sangat berpengalaman. Memang, lanjut Singhs, Ima-Rey sudah menggunakan haknya untuk mendaftarkan proses gugatan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi, yang saat ini sedang menunggu sidang pendahuluan.

    Pertemuan tadi itu, demikian Singhgs, setelah sudah didaftarkan dan  menunggu sidang pendahuluan di MK, tetapi pa Ima dinilainya cukup elegan menawarkan penyelesaian.

    “Kita berdiskusi cukup lama, sekitar satu setengah jam lebih. Pada prinsipnya pa Ima sebagai tokoh, sudah menyampaikan bahwa akan menyelesaikan masalah ini secara baik-baik. Beliau menyampaikan bahwa akan berupaya untuk mencabut gugatan di MK tanpa syarat apapun. Tidak ada deal apapun yang dibangun dalam pertemuan itu,”ungkap Singhs.

    Bahwa ada pihak yang menilai upaya untuk mencabut laporan ke MK ini karena lemahnya alat bukti yang dimiliki Ima-Rey sehingga gugatan mereka akan ditolak MK, Singhs menegaskan bahwa dia tidak punya kapasitas untuk mengomentari hal tersebut.

    “Saya tidak punya kapasitas untuk menilai sebuah proses hukum (di MK) ini. Saya kan hadir mendampingi pa Rocky (Rocky Winaryo) itu dalam pertemuan informal. Masing-masing, baik pasangan Ima-Rey maupun Is The Rock sudah punya pengacara. Tetapi pa Ima dengan lugas menyampaikan bahwa akan mencabut gugatan ke MK, dengan pertimbangan untuk kepentingan Kabupaten Alor yang lebih baik kedepan,”tandas Singhs.

    Bahkan, lanjut Singhs, ada kesediaan Imanuel E.Blegur dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya,  untuk memberikan dukungan kepada pemerintahan Kabupaten Alor dibawah kepemimpinan Iskandar Lakamau-Rocky Winaryo kedepannya.

    “Beliau (Imanuel E.Blegur) sangat lugas menyampaikan itu. Jadi, nanti pada proses hukum di MK itu kan otomatis akan dihadiri kedua bela pihak. Apakah nanti pa Ima yang mengucapkan (mencabut gugatan) itu dalam persidangan (sidang pendahuluan di MK), atau ada cara untuk mencabutnya lebih awal. Semuanya yang diucapkan oleh pa Ima itu, dengan senioritas dan ketokohannya, saya yakin beliau akan lakukan itu (mencabut gugatan). Semua itu ada di tangan  beliau. Yang penting, pa Rocky (Rocky Winaryo) dan saya sebagai saksi saat itu, sudah mendengar seorang tokoh yang sudah menyampaikan niat baiknya untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini, demi untuk Alor lebih baik kedepan.
