    alorpos.com – SENGKETA Tanah seringkali terjadi di tengah masyarakat terkait status kepemilikannya. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur sering melakukan mediasi antar para pihak yang bersengketa masalah tanah.

    Hal itu sebagaimana telah dilakukan petugas Kantah Kabupaten Alor, saat melakukan antara pelapor Alpius Botau dan terlapor Karolina Saldika terkait sebidang tanah yang terletak di Kelurahan Welai Barat, Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara.

    Jalannya sidang mediasi sengketa tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor

    Sidang mediasi ini dipimpin oleh  Kepala Seksi Pengendalian Dan Penanganan Sengketa pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor, Simson OT Kopung,S.H., dan  dan Kepala Seksi Penetapan Hak dan Pendaftaran pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Alor, Lobertus Mulle,S.H. Proses mediasi yang dihadiri pula Lurah Welai Barat ini berlangsung aman. (ap/tim)
