    Jangan Ribut Soal Anggaran Karena Damai Itu Mahal, Ini Klarifikasi Kaban Kesbangpol Alor

    alorpos.com – DEKLARASI Damai di Kabupaten Alor yang akan dlaksanakan pada Selasa (23/6/2026) sore ini menuai kritikan dari sejumlah pihak, termasuk pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Alor terkait anggaran pembiayaannya. Alasannya, ketimbang anggaran daerah dibebankan untuk deklarasi damai, sebaiknya digunakan untuk membangun fasilitas atau sarana umum untuk kepentingan masyarakat.

    Terkait anggaran untuk Deklarasi Damai yang dipersoalkan itu, Kepala Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten Alor, Daud Dolpaly,S.H., kemudian meluruskannya agar tidak berkembang liar di masyarakat. Kepada wartawan di sela-sela mengkoordinir persiapan deklarasi damai di Lapangan Mini Kalabahi, Selasa (23/6/2026) siang, Daud Dolpaly menegaskan bawah deklarasi damai ini merupakan insiasi dari Pemerintah Provinsi NTT melalui Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kebangpol) Provinsi NTT.

    Pasalnya, jelas Daud, Deklarasi Damai itu sebagai tindak lanjut atas kesepakatan bersama seluruh elemen masyarakat Alor saat pertemuan dengan Wakil Gubernur NTT, Johni Asadoma dan Wakil Bupati Alor, Rocky Winaryo, pada 3 Juni 2026 lalu di aula Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara.

    “Sebagai orang Kesbangpol, saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada Pak Wakil Gubernur NTT, karena sangat peduli, sehingga jangan soal anggaran dulu, tidak ada yang mahal itu. Damai itu harganya mahal. Kalau ada ide untuk kita buat damai, kenapa kita harus berpikir negatif tentang itu,”tandas Daud.

    Persiapan Deklarasi Damai Kabupaten Alor yang dihadiri Wakil Gubernur NTT, Johni Asadoma, Selasa (23/6/2026) sore, diawali dengan pawai peserta deklarasi dari halaman Gereja Katolik Paroki Yesus Gembala Yang Baik Kalabahi di kawasan Lipa menujur Lapangan Mini Kalabahi

    Menurutnya, untuk mensukseskan kegiatan ini, semua pimpinan OPD lingkup Pemkab Alor memberikan sumbangan swadaya, karena tidak ada dalam APBD. Ia mencontohkan, untuk snak adalah sumbangan dari OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) untuk kegiatan ini jalan.

    “Karena memang kegiatan ini, idenya Pak Wakil Gubernur NTT untuk kita laksanakan ini sesegera mungkin, karena memang di mana-mana semua orang mau damai. Jadi kalau kita berpikir yang agak sedikit menyimpang dari soal kata damai itu,  maka kita perlu evaluasi cara berpikir kita. Bagi saya, jangan dulu omong uang lah. Bagaimana kondisi daerah ini kita jaga untuk semua itu bisa berjalan baik, aman dan damai,”tegas Daud.

    Dia mengajak semua pihak agar bergandengan tangan, dengan tulus hati untuk sama-sama menciptakan perdamaian di bumi Nusa Kenari.   “Soal biaya, ini pimpinan OPD semua memberikan sumbangan. Kita sebagai aparatur siap untuk melaksanakan itu,”tandas Daud.  (ap/linuskia)
