    DPRD Kabupaten Alor, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur telah menyerahkan dokumen Pokok-Pokok Pikiran (Pokir) untuk disandingkan dalam program perencanaan pembangunan di Tahun 2024 kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Alor, dalam Rapat Paripurna yang digelar pada Jumad (10/2/2023) lalu. Pantauan alorpos.com, Rapat Paripurna ini dipimpin Wakil Ketua I DPRD Kabupaten Alor, Drs.Yulius Mantaon, didampingi Wakil Ketua II, Sulaiman Singhs,SH. Hadir, Wakil Bupati Alor, Imran Duru,S.Pd.,M.Pd., Sekda Alor, Drs.Soni O,Alelang serta para Staf Ahli Bupati dan Asisten Setda terkait, pimpinan OPD lingkup Pemkab Alor. Sedangkan Bupati Alor, Drs.Amon Djobo saat itu masih sedang bertugas dinas ke luar daerah.
    Rapat Paripurna tersebut punya dua agenda, yakni; Penyerahan Pokok-Pokok Pikiran DPRD Kabupaten Alor Tahun 2024 Kepada Bupati Alor, serta Pembahasan dan Penetapan Keputusan DPRD Tentang Perubahan Propemperda (Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah) Kabupaten Alor Tahun 2023. Khusus agenda kedua, setelah sempat adanya perdebatan antar anggota dewan karena perbedaan pendapat terkait kesiapan jumlah dan materi Peraturan Daerah yang akan dibahas dalam Tahun 2023 ini, akhirnya menyepakati 10 Perda yang dimasukan dalam Propemperda Tahun 2023.
    Kesepakatan ini dituangkan dalam Keputusan DPRD Kabupaten Alor Tentang Perubahan Atas Keputusan DPRD Kabupaten Alor Nomor 14/Parpurna/DPRD/2022 Tentang Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Alor Tahun 2023.

Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Alor pada Jumad 10 Februari 2023.
    Sepuluh Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) yang dimasukan dalam Program Pembentukan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Alor Tahun 2023 yakni; 1) Perda Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah; 2) Perda Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Alor; 3) Perda Pembentukan Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Daerah Kabupaten Alor; 4) Perda Pembentukan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Alor; 5) Perda Perubahan Atas Perda Kabupaten Alor Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Alor Tahun 2010-2030;
